Air fryer has a timer and adjustable heat controller. Which means you don’t have to keep checking it every time you are cooking. So many people are using it to make crispy, crunchy fried food that is mouth-watering delicious.
If you haven’t used an air fryer before or this is going to be your first attempt no need to worry. Cooking food in an air fryer is way healthier compared to deep frying or even pan frying which means the food is low in fat and calories.

Using an air fryer is just like using a mini convection oven with a fan that circulates air around the food which gives you an easy and healthier way to fry food using only a fraction of the oil. You can air fry so many things such as eggs, vegetables, cakes, chicken and meat without having any excess or the bubbling grease.
Use coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee cooking spray with your air fryer ingredients and you will no longer need your seed oils again.
